Fully embraced the DevOps methodology by bridging the gap between Developer and Operations. Our main focus was on improving the delivery pipeline and time for both game code and server code, in addition to architecting the best possible highly available, fault tolerant systems possible.
Some of the technology used and improved, but not limited to:
- employing a "microservices first" approach to monolithic, legacy systems;
- fully embracing AWS CloudFormation and "infrastructure as code" philosophy;
- made available greater insight into infrastructure health and visibility with enhanced logging pipeline using fluentd and elasticsearch;
- enhanced infrastructure security utilizing critical AWS Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) technology;
